Reasons why you're not getting enough customers

Do you have amazing products and services, but not getting enough customers?

Working with so many business owners from many different industries, we understand your struggle. Here are four simplified reasons you're not getting enough customers in your business.

Invisible Icon - Varona Designs

They can't find you.

Visibility is everything. You can have the best products or services, but if your ideal customers don't know your business exists, they can't hire or buy from you.

They don't need you.

Clarity is essential in communicating the value of your products and services. If it's unclear what benefits your solution brings to your ideal customers, they don't need you.

Dislike Icon - Varona Designs

They don't like you.

People do business with people they like and won't begin to like you without first capturing their attention. Your business' brand must stand out in a market full of options.

Not trusted Icon - Varona Designs

They don't trust you.

Your target clients are more skeptical than ever before, and trust is harder to earn. If your ideal customers don't trust you can solve their problems, they won't do business with you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you help with creating a logo or other branding elements?

Yes. We can help create a logo or other branding elements if we determine it's necessary to achieve our desired outcome.

How often will I receive updates or reports during the project?

After our initial Discovery meeting, we'll create a phase breakdown of the project's milestones and timeline with the coordinating schedule for updates and reviews. The typical frequency for updates is once a week during the strategy phase and once every two weeks during the design and development phase.

What sets you apart from other web designers?

Most web designers focus on the aesthetics of web design, such as color theory, typography, graphics, and illustrations. Although aesthetics is a big part of web design, it is not enough if you want your website to convert visitors into leads or customers successfully. What sets us apart is that we created a system that combines business and user psychology strategies with aesthetic design to increase the effectiveness of your website.

Will you provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work?

Yes. Our contracts include an outline of the detailed scope of work after we're clear on the project's specs and goal. We can also provide a preliminary statement of work outlining the overview scope per request after the initial consultation.

Do you provide wireframes or prototypes before building the site?

Yes. Designing the wireframes and prototypes is essential in our design process. You'll get to review and approve them before we can start developing the website.

Do you specialize in a particular industry or type of website?

We specialize in service-type business websites, like education, training, healthcare, informational/content, religious, entertainment, food and beverage, technology, and real estate.

What types of payment plans do you offer?

Our typical payment plan is 40% upfront, 30% after the design phase, and the final 30% after we complete the website. However, if the project is complex, we can customize a payment plan that works best for everyone.

Do you offer website hosting and domain registration services?

Currently, we don't provide website hosting and domain registration services. However, we'll give you recommendations and walk you through acquiring these services. We will also set them up for you, so you don't need to know the technicalities of this process.

How much input will I have in the design process?

Your input in the design process is significant to us. We'll create a schedule and timeline for each phase and provide an opportunity for you to review and feedback.

How do you handle feedback and revisions during the design process?

We schedule feedback and revisions throughout the project's timeline to keep the design process efficient, usually at the end of each major phase. Doing so will allow us to make changes as we work towards our goal.

Can you incorporate my existing branding into the website design?

Yes. We will design your new website around your existing brand identity and guidelines to keep it consistent. We can also assist if you need a revamp or create a new brand identity or logo.

Who will be my point of contact during the project?

Earl manages the web projects from start to finish. However, if we need to assign a new project manager, we will let you know the changes and contact details of the new manager.

Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, absolutely! Responsive and adaptive websites (mobile-friendly) are essential in making the website usable and accessible to most users.

Do you design with user experience in mind?

Yes, absolutely! We center every website we design around the user's experience and align them with your business goals. Doing so makes the design more intentional, making your website more effective in converting visitors into leads.

How long will it take to complete my website?

Many factors, like size and complexity, affect the time it takes to complete a website project. The typical timeframe is between 4 to 12 weeks, but we will create an estimate and timeframe for every website project so you'll know the exact time it will take.

Still have questions?

We understand that clarity is essential to decision-making. Contact us, and we'll do our best to answer your questions.
